Carbon Steel Griddle

As advertised. Griddle does not warp with heat and the press is excellent. Nice and heavy with style. Make sure to irder the lesther havdles with the griddle. They are not included.

Definitely good quality. But not included the handles covers. Most of my pans and pots has special handles which won’t heat. So if I forget and grab a handle of a griddle while I’m cooking, that’s will be pretty bad. It’s pretty heavy but still needs to be hold while cooking. I think those handles must be included with every griddle. It also can’t fit completely on my stove. So that hot handle is sticking out. You can get burnt by it or you may accidentally push it off the stove.
