I am totally in love with this rug. It feels wonderful on bare feet. I love the color, the craftsmanship, and every other thing about it. When I had difficulty paying the customs fees, the company was extremely supportive when trying to straighten everything out. Five stars for customer service and for the rug. It has added so much to my living room and I just love sitting here looking at it.
