This is my third time buying a planner from Ivory Paper, which speaks to how great it is. However, my overall experience this time was less than satisfactory. I ordered my planner on December 5th hoping that would be enough time to get it by the start of the new year. According to their shipping policy my planner should have shipped within 7-10 business days of my order date which would be a shipping date of December 19th at the latest. Around December 23rd I still hadn’t received a shipping update so I reached out to the support team. The support team had no update on my order but they told me they would get back to me once they did. Now I understand it was the holiday season and I’m sure everyone was taking time off, but I didn’t hear back from the support team for almost a week so I reached out again. I was finally told that my item had shipped on January 3rd. I didn’t receive an apology or explanation for the delayed shipping but at this point I was just relieved that it was finally on its way. On January 10th I still did not have my planner so I sent one last email to the support team explaining my frustration with the delays and I was thanked for being a repeat customer and given an update on my order. My planner finally arrived on January 13th and I was ready to let all my frustrations go until I opened my planner and there are massive air bubbles on the front cover. The thing that I like most about Ivory Paper is their layout of planners ( I love the schedule and to do list on the same page for a daily planner!) and the fact that each planner is handmade and personally assembled. It shows the thought and care that goes into this product which is something I value. However this year, not only was my order extremely late (and no one would have provided me an update unless I inquired), but my planner was also not up to its usual visual standard. I hope this feedback is valued and helps the team improve as I plan on purchasing more products in the future. Thank you!

Weeks from order to delivery was too long. Unacceptable timeframe. I didn’t notice that it did not even have monthly tabs for a planner that was 70+ dollars. Disappointed. Will not recommend.
