Where is my stuff?

It was much more than just a bead. I ordered soap, a dread hat and a few more beads. I never received ANY of these, nothing showed up. I tried contacting dreadhead HQ through every possible method. Email, reviews, calls and I got no word back. Spent over $100 and was completely ripped off.
