This is my preferred Multi with selenium for a couple of years now. My GP approves.

Excellent. Has everything you need, and lots of things you didn’t know you needed, all in one tablet. I have noticed a boost in mood and energy since taking this. Great value for money.

Great Multivitamin

I've used VM2000 for more than 10 years and it seems to do the job for me as I do not eat vegetables or salads - other than potatoes of course! Price is good and there is often a special such as 3 for 2 which makes it even better.
