Absolutely have a shot glass of his every morning first thing before anything else. Such a great digestive tonic ans occasionally I will have an extra dose during the day if my stomach feels uncomfortable or bloated after a meal. I think it has helped a little. Probably a higher dosage would be of greater benefit but as it is expensive I have kept the dosage to 2ml 1-3 times a day

I buy aloe Vera juice regularly. Half a glass every morning helps sooth my stomach. It works so well for me.
