Great Chair After a Long Search
After a long search, I decided to purchase this chair for my needs. This was the perfect fit for me, replacing my exercise ball and previous office chair with a broken wheel and tight squeeze seat/arms. The chair is very comfortable and practically glides across the floor.
My only hiccups were the initial setup, in that connecting the seat to the backrest needed a bit of extra work, the screws didn't seem to go in. However after some additional maneuvers, we secured it and haven't had issues. The arms were also a bit tricky, placing the screws with the washer flush into the sockets and the cover took more effort than expected.
Again, besides those, once it was completed, the comfort outweighed the setup difficulties. The setup guide comes with clear imaging, so you may have an easier time setting it up, though I'd recommend a second set of hands or a place to flatly connect the seat and backrest, somewhere slightly elevated. I did this on wooden flooring, two stools and some pillows (it's all I have).
The chair came in a large, heavy cardboard box, each part was well wrapped with additional smaller parts put into smaller boxes (also wrapped very well). The box was about 40lbs? You'll receive a tracking number to check the status of delivery.
The build feels like it's supported with actual metal vs faux metal. The seat is comfortable and the frame is snug, plenty of leg room (waist and thigh area in particular, felt enough room to comfortably sit with legs up, down, etc).
I do have slight concern that the seat may need a support or pillow as time goes on, but that's for the future. Sitting on it, I feel secure, not like I'd slip off or need to adjust constantly.
I've already recommended it to a relative that's also in a similar situation and build as me, I like it that much. A great pick.
