I cannot thank the team at 28Goods enough! Attempting to purchase a bike from overseas, sight unseen, is a challenge but luckily, after several failed attempts, I found 28Goods.
They went above and beyond to put me at ease purchasing goods from 7,500km away, and to my surprise they were able to source the newly released Vook V8e Pro which, at the time I didn't even know existed, and they managed to get the bike two days earlier than I had requested.
On top of that, at their shop in Hong Kong, Kent was very friendly and gave me a rundown on the bike and then went out of his way to assist me in ordering a van to pick me and the bike up, and even waited outside with me until the vehicle arrived. Now that is service!
I highly recommend 28Goods and once I'm back home I'll be keeping an eye on their website, as I found out they ship products internationally...
Oh, and the Vook rides incredibly well, I love it!
