Great quality but NOT PONK

I ordered a 3 compartment Bento box and a Round Bento Box ….Great quality but they are definitely NOT PINK, it’s more like Purple 😣🙁Very disappointing, because I would never have ordered the colour received. I have contacted Spixal, hoping to get a reply paid postage label for return and refund as I don’t believe I should be financially disadvantaged whenI received wrong colour or it’s falsely advertised 🥴
