I have to exchange for another pair at the physical shop. The insole of the right shoe was uneven coz of a fold. It will be good to do some quality control before the shoes are sent out. I love the colour however i could not exchange for another of the same colour at the shop as it is online exclusive.i dont want to risk getting a defective pair again.
