Colostrum Gummies
I noticed a change in how fast and how thick my fingernails were after taking these gummies. I actually started taking them because a psoriasis flare up as they are to help with inflammation. I don't know if they helped that but I haven't had problems recently.

I’m 2 months into taking these and i definitely notice a difference in my energy. It takes about 3 months of consistency for you to really notice a difference so I will be back with an update!
