I’ve long had photos I’ve wanted get mounted and framed, never got around to it. Loving the cordless eInk concept so far! I find myself excited by my collection again. Software has some bugs. Also, I have frequent image rotation, and I’m guessing this can drastically affect battery life. Bigger battery would be nice…

Love the huge 31.5” e-ink display

It came packaged very professionally, and the matte and frame look like top-quality museum grade. I only gave it 4 stars because color reproduction for bright green and bright blue is quite dull, and the iOS app is a bit wonky: it’s hard to navigate, and I see no way to delete photos from cloud storage. Also, even though it claims Home Assistant capability, the next/prev command don’t work at all, and HA can’t detect battery level. B&W, yellow, and browns display beautifully!

Arrived damaged, SwitchBot does NOTHING

The frame arrived with the screen damaged. Weeks have gone by with no action from Switchbot on a $900 item. DO NOT BUY!
