QUICK ORDER I’m a slut for my husband hat

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order expecting it to be shipped to my home in Idaho. Instead, the package was sent to Alabama. When I reached out for help, I was told this was a USPS issue and not the company’s responsibility. Despite never receiving the item I paid for, the company refused to issue a refund, send a replacement, or take any accountability for resolving the situation. As a customer, I expected basic customer service and a willingness to help when an order goes wrong. Instead, I was left without my purchase and without a solution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I will be warning my friends, fellow military families, and military spouses about my experience so they can make an informed decision before ordering.
