I haven't quite been able to test these brakes yet, but Joe on the customer service team has been absolutely fantastic in assisting me with getting some issues (which weren't Alcon Kits' fault) resolved. His communication, issue resolution and overall genuine eagerness to make things right has been some of, if not the best customer service I have ever received. The issues I had were multi layered and Joe worked diligently to make sure every single one was handled timely and appropriately. Joe has turned what would have been a nightmare situation with any other company into a positive one and secured me as a repeat customer.
