Festive Tartan Handsmocked Dress

Absolutely obsessed with this dress! The details are devine and my daughter looks perfection in it. The delivery was quick and everything arrived safely with no damage to the dress. I love this dress so much I bought two. One for my granddaughter and one for my great niece to wear for Christmas. I love the detail on this festive plaid dress. I like the collar and the smocking.
