One Knife to Rule Them All

Hand's down my favorite knife in the pack. The blade is super slicey and the ergos are great for my hands (large glove). The multiple jimping areas allow for a variety of grip options. Honestly, I would love to see a third jimp zone just behind the tip for fine cutting task. It arrived super sharp (and ahead of schedule) and the 1428N steel works back to hair shaving sharp without much effort. 10 minutes with a WorkSharp field sharpener and "Look Out!". For me, the form factor is perfect. Big enough for all manner of cutting work, small enough to carry in my pocket every day. If I had one piece of feedback, it would be for the sheath. It's just your standard pancake style kydex sheath and it is rather underwhelming. Retention is decent but (at least for the knife I received) it doesn't give you that satisfying "CLICK" when you insert the knife. I've moved to pretty much exclusively carrying this knife on a daily basis and get frequently get questions and compliment from others. For the price, I feel that I totally got my monies worth. If I lost it tomorrow, I have another one on order without a second thought.

Excellent EDC Hunters Knife

The Aubergine fixed blade from Trivisa is a very well made knife. An excellent design for the outdoors or hunter. Compact and lightweight. Great little skinner. The 14C28N steel takes a very fine edge and holds it well. I would not hesitate to buy one... priced very well.

I love the look, wieght and feel of this knife. It came very sharp and its a great addition to my collection of EDC fixed blades. I highly recommend this knife.
