Retractable Garden Hose Reel-1/2in-130ft

Have not yet had a chance to use it but customer service is very good.

Its a wonderful concept, and I woukd buy again, but I do find unrolling the hose is quite hard to do beyond 30-40 feet. The plastic side panel also fell off after the second use. Its not structural its just anoying.

Received my reel in perfect condition. It was easy to install and works great! Would definitely recommend this product to anyone that is tired of dragging around their garden hose.
