XL is tight.

My head is a comfortable 61 cms. The hat measured with a tailors flex tape is 59+. The required hat stretcher carefully increased it to my size. Overall the hat is ok, a little flimsy, certainly not up to the level of a genuine UK standard but for the money it’ll do in a pinch.
