Great Cue and Customer Support

This is my first REAL pool cue and I wanted a carbon fiber shaft that was good quality with an affordable price. I also wanted the flexibility of a butt extension as provided in the maxbing kit. Unfortunately I ordered just the stick instead of the whole kit but I contacted customer support right away and they fixed my problem almost immediately. It took a little extra time, but that's my fault, and they got it right. I find this to be a high quality cue and it has improved my shot making and cue ball control quite a bit. It looks great and shoots even better which gives me a tremendous amount of confidence in my game. Once again, I can't say enough about how good customer support has been.
