Size much smaller than expected & communication with customer service is both challenging and inefficient. They say no exchange or refund available and then ask me multiple times if i want to reorder with a discount, only for them to process the wrong transaction. Highly dissatisfied with this experience.

Product is nice but return policy is not good. They didnt have a size chart and i happened to get a size slightly too small and they dont do exchanges unless you pay for the return which is more than the price of the product. Runs small
