Beautiful skirt

I love this skirt it's so dramatic and beautiful, I would typically be a medium to large in Lip Service sizing (medium in stretchy fabrics) and the sizing is correct there is not much give. It hits right at my high hip 34” and stretches enough to comfortably cover my hips 37” at 5’7” it drags on the floor and the fabric is gorgeous.
