I have a few products from this company and I’ve always loved it! High quality materials. Unfortunately, I haven’t even received this product. They launched their new website, and I understand working through the kinks of everything, but I’ve waited for over a month for this product, and it hasn’t been shipped yet. I’ve contacted the team several times, where I’ve been told the same things- they’ll look into it and fix it- but it hasn’t been solved nor does it seem like a priority. I’m pretty bummed considering how much I love the products and creativity of this brand.
