Create a Cone Christmas Tree using this set of five cutters. Each cutter makes a cone, and the cones stack to form the tree.
For each cone, pattern a clay slab before cutting out. Bevel the ends and score and slip to connect. Stack the cones and score and slip together to form the tree. Embellish with a star or other shapes.

Love this cutter set! I made my first hand built tree this week. I'm waiting for it to dry before completing. You do need to use a form of some sort to maintain the shape and keep the larger end from tearing open. I ended up patching it and using coils in addition to the scratch and slip seams.

Cone Cutter Set

Love the product it's so much more useful than just making a christmas tree! I can see using this for making other conical forms. Great product, sturdy built tools.

Possible ways to use.

I put together one tree so far. I did it by stacking them and slip/scoring attaching. Someone suggested that it be made to stack - without attaching- for ease of storing after. Has this been done by others? I was not sure if there’s hold their firm well enough to stack. And working through the glazing issues (the bottom). Any ideas?
