Took awhile to get here but it arrived and was the correct version. Customer service was very nice and helpful. My daughter is all set for Arlington!

I bought this item and paid for shipping protection, it arrived on May 15th 2026. My daughter took it to the BTS concert in Las Vegas May 23rd 2026 and the light stick would not sync up to the venu, as advertised, it would light up but the moment you shake it, it turns off. It didnt work and frankly I would either like a refund or a replacement product that ACTUALLY works the way it suppose to. Not Happy with product at all.
