Sencha is my favourite green tea, drinking it daily. A clean tea, with buttery notes especially after the first infusion.

Full flavoured green tea

Sencha is a green tea with lots of flavour but none of the astringency you get from some green teas. You may not fully appreciate the first sip, but stick with it and it just gets better and better, mellow but packed with flavour.
