Bought for the Customer Service Alone

I recently got a 10 inch chop to a short flow, soft mullet vibe. I had lots of ads from Merman, but none of the content I'd seen had models with longer flows, so I reached out to them myself to ask. I told them I was new to the cut, needed something that would hold my curl for longer, and I didn't want to purchase it if it didn't work for longer hair. I had a response within minutes from a real person with excellent customer service skills. We went back and forth a few times and I knew by their clear love for their business alone that I would buy this product. And... the product works too. Adds curl and definition. It's easy to experiment with the bundle what ratio works best for you. I do recommend this company.

Merman Review

My son who is 13 is very picky with texture, not being able to run his hands through his hair easily and having the "look" like he had a ton of product in his hair. I decided to try this product out since he has been complaining that I add too much... This product worked great. We use the spray and the clay everyday now and he is very happy.
