I'm very pleased with my pill case. It looks nice sitting out. I don't have to keep it stashed. I got the 2XL, and the pockets are amply large enough for all of my medications and supplements, including three large fish oil capsules.

I take my medications and supplements daily, and my original plastic container was adequate, but it looked worn—from faded lettering to compartment lids beginning to fail.
