Avoid this store if you live in Europe. UrbanCred’s checkout hides unpaid VAT and customs fees completely, resulting in a €66 cash bill at my door upon UPS delivery. When confronted, support admitted their checkout lacked transparency and claimed they fixed it for future buyers, but refused to issue a real refund for their mistake. Instead, they offered useless store credit expecting me to give them more money to recover cash lost to their own mistake. Unprofessional, deceptive checkout practices, and useless customer support. Save your money and buy directly from the manufacturer.

Great bag but extremely pricy shipping to Canada and duties.
