Sound Stick PRO

Good Base.

The sound stick is a great speaker and has great sound. The reason why I did not give it five stars is the following: Trouble upgrade the firmware. While the sound stick was paired with the application, I attempted multiple times to upgrade the firmware. The sound stick and all other indicators showed that the firmware was upgraded. However, when reopening the app it still indicates that it needs to be upgraded. Second reason is that the links display is difficult to see when mounted to a golf cart. A tilt screen would help with viewing the screen.

Absolute Junk

Straight out of the box it said it needed a firmware updated. I tried the update more than 10 times and followed every suggestion I could find, but was never able to get it to update. On the first round I played with the device I was spending more time trying to make it work than I was actually playing golf. The touchscreen is not responsive, and when it does finally advance you end up on a screen that's only available if you buy a subscription. I couldn't even force it to the screen where I could enter my score. My advice, buy something else. The Sound Stick PRO may look flashy, but there's more to a solid device than looks.

Sound Pro stick Masters green color

I have to say the best of it's kind by compared to the others in the market. The magnet is very strong doesn't move an inch. I drive quiet a bit off the fairway due to my slice. Thats a different conversation tho. The sound is loud n very clear. I even use it when I'm doing yard work. I lot more details and information of the green n fairway on the screen. About to purchase a 2nd one for my son for his bday that's coming up. Gonna go with the 1776 edition since he's a service member. He's gonna love it.
