I’ve only just started using this product but it seems to be helping greatly.

Life changing!

I had hayfever creeping in this year and a friend recommended I try something with Quercetin and it really worked. I’m also prone to being histamine intolerant and I feel these have help there too. Even been able to be around lilies. Recommend! And the other ingredients are generally immune boosting so I’ve been taking in the seasonal change if I’m feeling a little off or been around unwell people.
