Perfect for 2 under 2!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Mina Baie. I ordered a bag and was told it would take around 10 business days, but it has now been much longer and I still haven’t received my order. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication and customer service. I have tried to get help regarding my order, but I feel like my concerns have not been taken seriously. For the amount of money customers spend, I expected much better service and communication. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I hope Mina Baie improves their customer service and delivery process, because customers should not have to chase up their orders and repeatedly ask for updates.

This bag worked beyond being a diaper bag for newborn and toddler, it’s officially my everyday bag, fits all our essentials and a lot more!! The leather is so soft and lovely! I’m glad I picked the clay color it’s soooo nice!!! Thank you MINA BAIE!
