Strap not properly cut towards the tapered end

I bought the 20mm strap .Strap seems to be of good quality. However i was disappointed that the longer piece strap was not properly cut towards the tapered end and when the watch is kept on a table, its easily identifiable and this makes it look like a cheap strap.

Really nice strap, great customer service, good experience all round.

Excellent watch strap that suits my '73 Grand Seiko very well. I'd buy another in a heartbeat for my '63 Polerouter if they stocked the same in 19mm. Highly recommend.
