Antarctic Star U-Shaped Air Conditioner Window Unit 12000BTU

Came in not working! After multiple adjustments, and even checking the water reservoir, still getting a code (FL) since the day it was plugged in and will not work! Worked for all of an hour before through the code, but since then will not run! Cannot get warranty to respond to me, except for asking for proof of purchase. Have already asked to get a shipping label to send it back because it is not worth it. I’m not paying on something that will not work in this hot weather!

My new AC's are quiet and cool nicely and evenly. I have one in the upstairs and one downstairs. I love that they don't obstruct the view from the window, and that I can open the window when not using the AC. Easy installation.

Love this air conditioner

I installed this in a room larger than it is rated for and it is doing a great job. It is quiet and very efficient. I would recommend this product.
