The griddle itself is sturdy and works well. My problem was when it was delivered the griddle was dirty and looked used or something. Rather than send back and deal with the pain of shipping etc we just had to wash it well before the first use.

The griddle is awesome I rate it 5 stars. I would recommend updating your seasoning instructions. I did the conditioner as suggested and it wasn’t really enough. Luckily I know what to do so I did additional seasoning using cooking oil. Now it’s tremendous and one of my favorite add ons to my windwood pro.
