Great quality and great service! Product arrived within 3 days. They even included a free pair of socks. The communication was excellent every step of the way. I also received an email stating that the extension sleeves had been reported as tight and to let them know if they were and they would make it right. Turns out they were not too tight. But with confidence!!!

Well made, nice features.

I like the well made case, though I wish it was 1/2 to 1” larger in height, as I have 1 cue shaft that is 1” longer than standard and it is a tough/tight fit. I like that the straps are removable using heavy duty snaps and the large plentiful pockets.

Great case

I needed to upgrade to a bigger case. Got a chance to see this one at the Derby this year and placed the order. Ive been using it for a few weeks. It has worked great! Its made really well and you can tell a lot of thought was put into it. Plenty of storage, reinforced handles and straps, with even leather on the zipper pulls. Padding inside is soft and hold cues tight. The only small issue I have with it is I wish the jump cue butt sleeve was about 1/2" longer. I have a propel, and while it does fit, it is very tight. If your in the market for a case, this is a great option!
