Women's Burton Step On® Re:Flex Snowboard Bindings

The bindings arrived with obvious scratches, scuff marks, and signs of previous use. The condition is completely inconsistent with a brand-new product. I paid for new Burton bindings, not a used or returned product. I feel extremely disappointed and disrespected as a customer. If these were previously used, returned, or demoed, Burton should have clearly disclosed that before shipping. Very unacceptable experience from Burton. I expect Burton to take responsibility and provide an appropriate resolution.
