Great customer service
My gold pro flat iron stopped working and I was heartbroken. I contacted Bio Ionic to see about a replacement warranty, I had thought this flatiron earlier this year. They made the whole experience easily. They were very helpful and kept me up to date on everything from when my package was received to when it was shipped. GoldPro Styling Iron
Bought my styling iron and it was bigger than I expected so I returned it for a smaller unit. The quality was good so I am excited to receive the smaller 1 inch unit.
