UPDATE. I had purchased the wand and was sent the wrong plug end and customer service reached out and fixed it and replaced. THANKS GUYS Especially Customer Support !!

The ease of using this product. Makes my scalp tingle when combing it through my hair. Easy to insert and remove the attachments. This is so powerful it makes my lights flicker.

Product works as advertised. Still awaiting results. wish me luck
