It is really unfortunate that even though the dress looks like the image, it is made of very poor quality. Upon intial arrival the dress smelled of some type of glue or chemical and there were strings of glue all over the dress. The rinestones fall off the dress every second it is out side of the box, the dress itches to put on, and the zipper of the dress does not work. I have had to spend an extra $100 on just basic alterations added to the dress. It is upsetting that this dress was not cheap what so ever, especially not for a student that has to pay for eveything out of pocket, and yet it is so poorly made. To produce products that are poor in quality and to create such poor return policy, even when it has not been worn, is insane. I have yet to attend my prom but based on all the alterations that the dress still needs, I have very low hopes for the overall turn out. I also cannot wash the dress to get rid off the smell because of the rinestons falling off.

I love this dress. It looks exactly like the pictures. There’s nothing negative to say about it expect that a lot of glitter/sequins came off when I first picked up the dress. Honestly though, you can’t even see the difference!
