best sleep in a long while
I just took it last night. It made me sleepy in 20 mins after drinking it. I think I brewed it a little strong cause I was gonna mix it with passion fruit juice. I don't remember my dream but I know it was very real feeling, because when I woke up I was confused as to why I woke up at home. Honestly had the best sleep I had in a while. I'd been only sleeping for 4-5 hrs a night for months. I slept a a good 10 hrs. Did not wake up drowsy or groggy. The only issue I had was the ziplock was sealed as well so I can't reclose the bag and I'll need to buy a container for the bag now.
