My vinyl has a defective circle spot on it with no grooves that causes the record to skip. I have used the RCS contact us link to see if they will ship a new album and have yet to receive a reply. (Reached out three times in over two weeks). It's disappointing to spend $40 on a defective record.

When I opened the box the main cover was bent and a corner was turned up. The inside slip that holds the vinyl was also damaged and ripped. I was very disappointed with how it looked.

Favorite band. Great and great.
