I reached out multiple times asking how to properly use the product, but I never received a response. The product arrived warm, even though it should have been refrigerated, and I was never given the proper instructions or information I needed. I was really disappointed because I’ve purchased other products from this company before without any issues. That’s why I trusted them enough to buy from them again, only to be let down by the lack of communication and the way the product was shipped.
