DJI Goggles 2 Mask + Touchpad Assembly - OEM-pulled

Really impressed with Reboot and the service I received. I was looking for some OEM pulled parts for a DJI Goggles 2 and it was surprisingly difficult to find them. Reboot was basically the only place where I could find the parts I needed, and they were in excellent condition. Before ordering, I contacted them on WhatsApp and they got back to me very quickly. From the beginning, they were extremely helpful and friendly. What I really appreciated was how much effort they put into my order. They actually found a working DJI Goggles 2 specifically to use as a donor for the parts I needed. They checked the headset themselves before taking it apart, so they knew the parts were coming from a working unit. They also kept me updated during the whole process without me even having to ask. I received photos and videos of the disassembly and videos showing the parts being tested and working correctly. Whenever I had a question, they answered very quickly. I even received a video of the final packaging before the package was shipped. Everything was packed very carefully and professionally. The package was shipped for free and on the same day they took the donor headset apart. It then arrived in Italy very quickly. Everything was packed exactly as they had shown me in the video, and all the parts arrived safely and worked perfectly. The technician also deserves a special mention. The disassembly was done extremely carefully and professionally. You can tell that they know what they are doing and that they take care with the parts. Honestly, the whole experience was much better than I expected. It wasn't just about getting the parts I needed. The communication, transparency, testing, packaging and shipping were all excellent. Considering the quality of the service and how difficult these parts are to find, I also think their prices are very reasonable. There is basically no real competition for this kind of service, at least for the parts I was looking for. Reboot has definitely become a reference for me in this area.
