Can't say enough. I love crock cooking but have an old wrist injury so my old traditional crock was too heavy and cumbersome. I researched other models and Green Pan had 5 stars. Folks were not lying. Its light, a breeze to clean up and i absolutely adore using liner on stove to brown meats before starting the slow cooking process-so much faster for this nurse who preps on her way out the door. I also love the delay cook so a 12 hour work shift doesnt end up with me getting home to cold dinners. This is the one would recommend. I am planning to get one for my 85 year old mother.
