Best I've Found
The Fly6 Pro and Fly12 Sport are the best "incident" cycling cams I've found. They are meant for continuous recording of long-duration (5+ hours) rides. Emphasis is on safety and durability... the sort of device you start at the start of a ride, stop at the end, and--if nothing noteworthy happened--just recharge for next time. If something DID happen, it's pretty simple to scan through the captured video with the desktop app, extract/edit what you need, and export the video clip, either to share with local authorities, Cycliq's own UpRide.cc, or both.
These are NOT action cams. Those have their place, but typically lack the battery life and safety features (LED head/taillights) of the Cycliq units. Conversely, the Cycliq image stabilization is good (in my experience, the Fly6 Pro has slightly better EIS than the Fly12 Sport), but probably not going to capture license plates on a gravel road (at least in the U.S.--countries with larger plates might be gettable).
Support is excellent in my experience. Both the desktop and phone apps are updated regularly with bug fixes, improvements, and new features.

Awesome light!
The Cycliq Fly6 Pro has quickly become one of those pieces of cycling gear I don’t want to ride without. Combining a bright rear light with a high-quality camera gives me added peace of mind every time I’m on the road, especially when riding with my son. The video quality is excellent, the unit is easy to use, and I love having a record of what happens around us without needing to think about starting a separate camera. For anyone who spends significant time riding on the road, the Fly6 Pro isn’t just a cool piece of technology—it’s a practical investment in visibility, accountability, and rider safety.
