In the end, everything went well. I purchased on line and immediately the app wanted me to download “Shop” to track my purchase. It took me 3 times of loading and deleting the app before it worked. After I finally got the app to open it still would not find my purchase to update me on its progress. Finally after 5 days I received an email saying my package was on the way. In the email was a link to link to UPS and finally I could track it. I am totally unimpressed with Shop and hope I don’t have to use it again. Other than being in the dark tracking wise the purchase went fine.
