Initial Stud Earrings

I am requesting a full refund for my order of the Initial Stud Earrings, totaling **$40.00 including shipping**. I have attached photos showing **what was advertised versus what I actually received**. advertised. I am requesting a **full refund of $40.00, including the original shipping charge**. If you require the item to be returned, please provide a prepaid return label, as I do not believe I should be responsible for additional shipping costs for an item that was materially different from its advertisement. Please confirm how you will proceed with my refund.

False advertisement…..They are showing large initial earrings and I received some toddler earrings that nobody can see and sent a email requesting a refund and haven’t received a response…..Do not order these earrings if your looking for the ones advertised

I am extremely dissatisfied with these earrings. They are tiny and look more like earrings for an infant or small child than the earrings that were advertised on the website. The product I received does not look anything like what was shown in the pictures. I would not recommend purchasing from this site. Save your money and shop elsewhere
