Plush Alphabet Letter Pillow

Pillows were smaller than advertized by about an inch - vendor said that was “normal” and that if i wanted a refund I had to pay to ship the items back to China. Construction was flimsy and the pillows were floppy and would not hold letter shapes. Pillows were not shipped for days, arrived after I needed them, and one was not sent at all until after I initiated a credit card dispute. They then told the credit card company they had offered me a refund but they never sent me a label to return the items.
