We cut all of our fabrics off of the bolt in standard fat quarter and fat halves. For Linen and lugana, this is approximately 18" x 27" and 27" x 36" prior to dyeing, respectively. For aida this is approximately 18" x 21" and 21" x 36" prior to dyeing, respectively.
