Really good controller, however the delivery was dumb. FedEx witheld my package because I was not able to sign it.....although the box says no signature required. WHAT.

The product itself is fine so far. Only problem being that switching to "PC" mode doesn't seem to work at all on a Linux based system, but works fine on "PS5" mode, even when connected to a Linux PC. This does mean you don't have access to the fastest polling rate and some customization features in the Scuf mobile app if you're on a Linux build. My biggest issue was with the purchasing process. This particular model was on back order. That was fine for me as I wasn't in dire need of the control and I liked the design. But what IS a problem is that I wasn't informed of this at any point during the purchasing process. I didn't find this out until I received my confirmation email AFTER purchasing. Had I been getting this as a replacement for my only Dualsense, knowing there would be an additional delay before buying would have given me an opportunity to pick another design that wasn't on back order to get it faster.
